Refund policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our product for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case an item may be considered defective. If an item may be considered defective please email Contact@tapinlashes.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must indicate your name, order number and photo of defective item. If the item may be considered defective by Tapinlashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and will be issued to the person documented on original order. In case of delay, lost or stolen packages please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order.
